Aktivnosti projekta NextGenderHR u 2024. godini uključivale su niz radnih sastanaka u svrhu razvoja protokola za provedbu polustrukturiranih intervjua. Sastanci su započeli dvodnevnom radionicom svih članova/ica projektnog tima, održanom pomoću videokonferencijske veze 24. i 25. listopada 2024. Na ovoj su radionici razmijenjena dosadašnja iskustva u intervjuiranju i provedbi fokusnih grupa, razmatrane prethodne spoznaje i teorije te početno nominirane glavne istraživačke teme

Početnoj radionici slijedilo je osam radnih sastanaka posvećenih razvoju pojedinih dijelova protokola, a rad na njemu finaliziran je na završnom sastanku projektnog tima, održanom 28. studenog 2024. Nakon odobrenja Etičkog povjerenstva Instituta Pilar, provedba intervjua zasnovanih na protokolu započela je u prvom dijelu prosinca 2024.. Protokol će služiti u provedbi nekoliko valova istraživanja polustrukturiranim intervjuima kao i u dijelu etnografija planiranih na projektu NextGenderHR.
Qualitative research activities of the NextGenderHR project in 2024
As part of the NextGenderHR project activities in 2024, a series of team meetings was held to develop the guide for semi-structured interviews. The series began with a two-day video-conferencing workshop involving all members of the NextGenderHR team, held on October 24 and 25, 2024. During this workshop, participants exchanged prior experiences with conducting interviews and focus groups, reviewed previous insights and theories, and initially nominated the main research topics.
The initial workshop was followed by eight team meetings devoted to the development of the specific sections of the guide. The work on the guide was finalized at the all-member team meeting held on November 28, 2024. After receiving approval from the Ethics Committee of the Ivo Pilar Institute, the implementation of the guide began in early December of 2024. The guide will be used in several waves of fieldwork involving semi-structured interviews as well as in some ethnographies also planned within the NextGenderHR project.
