Potreba za razumijevanjem globalnog zagrijavanja i klimatskih promjena generira vrlo visok stupanj kompleksnosti problema za one koji fenomen \u017eele razumjeti. Ta kompleksnost uklju\u010duje i dru\u0161tvene mehanizme klimatskih promjena koje se povratno realno manifestiraju u dru\u0161tvu. Tema klimatskih promjena u doma\u0107oj se sociologiji prati posljednjih dvadesetak godina u okviru socijalne ekologije. U tom kontekstu empirijski se istra\u017euju zabrinutost i stavovi o klimatskim promjenama, migracije uzrokovane klimatskim promjenama, istra\u017eivanja klimatskog pokreta te istra\u017eivanja stanja i u\u010dinkovitosti klimatskih politika. Glavni je cilj predlo\u017eenog projekta istra\u017eiti dru\u0161tvene mehanizme koji oblikuju dru\u0161tvenu reakciju na klimatske promjene. Posebni ciljevi su:<br \/>\n1. Ispitati informiranost gra\u0111ana Hrvatske o fizikalnim i dru\u0161tvenim uzrocima i posljedicama klimatskih promjena.<br \/>\n2. Istra\u017eiti determinante prookoli\u0161nog pona\u0161anja u svrhu razumijevanja potencijala dru\u0161tvene promjene prema ubla\u017eavanju klimatskih promjena.<br \/>\n3. Istra\u017eiti percepciju i iskustva ranjivih skupina pogo\u0111enih posljedicama klimatskih promjena.<br \/>\n4. Oblikovati teorijski okvir dru\u0161tveno-metaboli\u010dke transformacije u izmijenjenom klimatskom re\u017eimu<br \/>\nOvim istra\u017eivanjem u bitnome se dopunjuju znanstvena teorijska i empirijska tuma\u010denja odre\u0111enih dru\u0161tvenih mehanizama klimatskih promjena u Hrvatskoj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Sociological Aspects of Climate Change in Croatia (SocAsKLIMA)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Although climate change originates from nature, it has its causes in modern social organization, as well: the economic, political and cultural system that spreads from developed countries to the rest of the world. The need to understand global warming and climate change generates a high level of complexity about the issue for those who want to understand the phenomenon. This complexity also includes the social mechanisms of climate change, which manifest themselves in society. The topic of climate change in domestic sociology has been studied for the last twenty years within the framework of environmental sociology and social ecology. In this context, concerns and attitudes about climate change, migration caused by climate change, climate movements and the state and effectiveness of climate policies are empirically researched. The main goal of the proposed project is to explore the social mechanisms that shape the social response to climate change. The specific goals are:<br \/>\n1. To examine the awareness of Croatian citizens about the physical and social causes and consequences of climate change.<br \/>\n2. To investigate the determinants of pro-environmental behavior in order to understand the potential of social change towards mitigating climate change.<br \/>\n3. To investigate the perception and experiences of vulnerable groups affected by the consequences of climate change.<br \/>\n4.
